I picked this up knowing that Napoleon makes quality grills and hoped that this was the same. It didn't disappoint. This Roaster is comprised of 3 legs which are removable for easy cleaning and are as sturdy as the base. They are solid and you won't bend or break them. I've used this about 8 times so far and to me it really is the best way to cook a chicken. Instructions are off topic, but: wash the chicken, dry, apply oil (I use Olive) and healthy dose of dry rub inside and out. Add 1/2 a beer to the bottom (not necessary but it makes it much easier to clean up)...drop the chicken on and you're good to go.Save 8% Off
