Grilling Essentials 11" Non-Stick Griddle

I have an old Eklind folding screwdriver set which I have found to be really handy for years and it is still in use. I wanted more of them for various strategic locations at my desk, my truck and my "Go bag". I bought three more of them...Well, One of the most useful blades on my old Eklind is the 1/4" wide blade for larger slotted screws. The wide blade shown in the product photo. I received the new Eklind folding screwdrivers which had Two of the 3/16" blades and NO 1/4" wide blade. (The packaging says I should have one each 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4" blades for slotted screws) I am not happy with the responses from Eklind Customer Service. I will make one more try to ask Eklind to help me correct this issue and hope it does not take another month to get results.
