Great for parties. My only issue was that they forgot to send me the tripod and regulator with the original order but they did send them right away when informed they were missing. I'm satisfied and made a great paella last week! Make sure you clean the pan well after using and wipe a thin coat of oil before storing. And use real saffron, it's not that expensive!
some of the reviews say the tripod is adjustable. it is not. the burner is very large. you will not be able to use it with pans smaller than 16inches.
