Picnic at Ascot Santa Cruz Picnic Cooler for 4 with Wheels

I bought this cooler for my daughter's birthday. She used it one time. The inner liner, of cheap plastic tore at the divider seam. Either poor construction or materials or both. It is now no longer water-proof to the rest of the cooler. Not sure how to fix it as we cannot return it now since it's been over 30 days......
