WOW.. When I found this and saw the price I thought.. well better than cooking in the Microwave.. When I recieved this hotdog Roller I couldnt belive it.. Real Glass shield.. All stainless construciton.. Actual Commercial unit..?? I had to cook up a batch ASAP to see how it worked.. AMAZING.. in less than 15 minutes I had piping hot perfectly cooked hot dogs.. I laugh now when I see the sign at the local convenent store 2 hotdogs for $1.50 and think .. Why would I buy one here when I can get the same GREAT hotdog at home and know how long it has been on the rollers.. I would advise anyone looking at this unit to GET ONE.. You will not find a better price if you do you will NOT get this top end quality unit.. My entire motivation for looking into these was for the Last Alabama Football game inwhich I had my entire family over.. With this unit I fed 15 people with less than one batch stacking 3 wide on the unit.. Again LOOK NO FURTHER GET the TOP DAWG Commercial Roller you will not be Dissapointed.

I looked for a long time to find the right size at a good price, and I think this one is it! It was easy to assemble the cover and attach it to the top. The grill is big enough for 15 to 18 weiners if you have a big crowd, but if you want to cook 4 or 5 that works well, too. It heats up quick, but you have to watch it and turn it down or you'll overcook 'em. I guess that's my only complaint -the little manual that came with it doesn't completely spell it out as to how long to cook on the higher heat, and then how long you can safely hold them on low.

Taste: terrific! A wonderful way to prepare hotdogs! Cleaning the rollers is the only negative. They remain stained from the cooking process. We love the machine and are looking forward to future family parties where Grandpa makes grandkids amazing hotdogs!

I bought this for our concession stand at basketball games. It works great....you don't have to watch it constantly. BUT it is a little awkward to cart back and forth to games, especially with the cover (although the cover is good for cooking out in publc). It's not too hard to clean....you just have to take your time.
