Char-Broil 2785016 Plastic Handle Grill Brush with Scraper 8-Inch

I just bought this, and it came with a tag that says:

California Proposition 65:

**Wash your hands after handling this product.**

Do not use on a hot grilling surface. Ensure no loose bristles remain on cooking surface prior to grilling. In the event broken bristles are found, the manufacturer recommends replacing brush.

It also says: "Do not remove tag!"

Are you kidding me? It contains lead and I have to wash my hands after handling it? How about if I just don't use it at all and dispose of it with my other hazardous waste materials? I won't send it back so that some other person can buy it.

I have my first barbecue and we spent long time cleaning it, so we decide bought this brush and is really good for easy clean without spend to much time
