Outset QB59, Rosewood Slotted Fish Spatula

This spatula looks good and is well made. My complaint is for outdoor grilling the handle is too short, and there is no beveled edge across the "front" edge to make it easier to release the fish from the grate.

This Spatula was a gift for friends in Europe. They are very happy with it. We got so see it in action while visiting. They had a fish fry for a very large crowd.
