I have been using this pan about 5 times a week for 5 months now.Unfortunately the 'non-stick' ability has all but gradually disappeared over the last month
and anything in the pan feels like it has been attached with glue after a little bit of cooking.
I have even used a little olive oil every time I cook with it but this still doesn't help.
This pan has been treated well and has only ever been hand washed and used over
medium to low heat. I have owned other pans like Tefal and Scanpan and these still remain
non-stick many years later after the exact same treatment as that of the Greenpan. For this
reason I can only give it 2 stars and would not recommend it to others unless you want to be
purchasing new grill pans every few months.After this, threw others out. Went to several culinary schools. I'm recommending it to all!! So easy to clean. Just wipe out! No sticking!!
