The grill says it is non stick, but it is not food sticks to it like crazy and it sticks so badly sometimes that it starts to burn the the food on it. It says that it fits well over the stove and it does not and it can be potentially dangerous because it does not fit and moves around while you are cooking on it and will sometimes slide around loosely on the stove, so I prefer not to use at the front of the stove I use it at the back part of the stove. This product is the case of you get what you pay for because it was a cheaper price than the other grills and that is because it is cheaply made.

This item is not worth the $$$...I was disappointed with it. It is a very thin metal and burns foods very easy, so if you foolishly invest in one, keep the heat on low. The grill side leaves very few if any grill marks on the food. It has holes on the corners to drain off any fat,( I guess) but when you pour off the grease, it goes everywhere. There is nothing like a cast iron grill pan, but they are too heavy for me to lift due to arthritis in my elbows. I thought this would be a great substitute...for it!
